Supporting psychosocially safer workplaces
The Emerging Leaders Program content is aligned with the Psychosocial Hazards Code of Practice and is designed to build greater leadership awareness around psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
The program addresses areas including workplace relationships, role clarity, job control, organisational change, role overload and underload, isolated work, working environments, discrimination, bullying and harassment, reward and recognition, and exposure to traumatic events.
By developing stronger self-awareness, communication, coaching and team leadership skills, emerging leaders are better equipped to recognise how everyday leadership behaviours can influence the experience of people at work.
