At Bulletproof Performance, our 4-Level Leadership Framework is built around the CORE of great leadership—Character, Ownership, Relationships, and Expectations.
It maps 8 essential capabilities across four levels: Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading Areas, and Leading Organisations.
Each behaviour in the framework is designed to grow a leader’s Character, build Ownership at every level, strengthen Relationships within and beyond teams, and lift Expectations for performance and culture. All behaviours have the underlying drivers of ‘Critical Thinking and Problem Solving’ to assist in focussing growth and development.
