Over the past 20 years, Jenny has worked in a diverse range of public and private educational environments where she has had the opportunity to coach and lead staff, enhance student learning and inspire children to reach their potential. Her passion for seeing others succeed and helping them believe in themselves, extends beyond the classroom to parents and staff.
She empowers people to learn new skills and make well informed decisions while walking the journey beside those she coaches until they are confident in moving forward. Her extensive experience in instructional coaching, training and whole school improvement programs has allowed her to equip staff in their professional development and well-being and educate parents on how to best support their child.
Jenny has led teams through curriculum projects, the implementation of new Learning Management systems and developed individualised, group and whole school coaching programs. Jenny relishes diverse opportunities, displaying high levels of energy and flexibility, along with a willingness to delve deeply into the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of culture and processes. She confidently communicates to groups and individuals with warmth and enthusiasm. She is fuelled by a desire to see people reach their goals and has used this motivation to pioneer new programs and investigate better ways of working.
Jenny grew up in Canada, worked in London, and now lives in Brisbane with her husband and three children where she enjoys family holidays and adventures, running and exploring new places. She has a Bachelor of Teaching, Bachelor of Education, Accredited with Solution Tree Australia in Professional Learning Communities and Collaborative Teams and is an Art and Science of Teaching (ASOT) trained Lead Instructional Coach.
