“The Leaders’ Guide”

This hand-held resource can assist in identifying how to deal with leadership challenges by explaining the different psychosocial hazards and providing ideas on how to respond appropriately.

Often leaders are required to respond in the heat of the moment while juggling multiple tasks.  The awareness gained from The Leaders’ Guide shines a light on where a leader should focus their attention and effort. The included tips build on this awareness and provide practical steps to consider and inspire efforts to be targeted and appropriate.  This is a handy tool for any level of leadership and is designed to compliment our leaders workshop.

“Psychosocial Hazards Control Checklist”

How To Use This Checklist:

To identify opportunities to respond to potential psychosocial hazards, find the hazards that are relevant to your team or organisation. For each relevant hazard, tick the control or mitigation measures that have been implemented already. The remaining (un-ticked) measures present opportunities for the team or organisation to improve the existing approach to managing workplace risks and promoting employee wellbeing.
